South African Sheepskin Slippers Terms and Conditions
1. No Account Needed
You can shop without registering an account. Simply add your preferred slippers to the cart and proceed to secure checkout.
2. Orders
Upon placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This email will serve as your proof of purchase. Please retain it for any future queries or exchanges.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT.
- Payment is processed securely via trusted payment gateways listed at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery

- Tracking details are emailed once your order has shipped.
5. Exchanges & Returns

- You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
- Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

- If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
- If we are at fault, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return courier costs.
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed in the following circumstances:
- If an item is faulty or incorrect and we cannot offer a suitable replacement.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.
8. Product Information & Care
- Our products are made from natural sheepskin, so minor variations in colour or texture are normal.
- We strive to present product images and descriptions accurately; however, display settings or lighting may affect how colours appear.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout is used solely to process and fulfil your order.
We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.

- Changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.
12. Wholesale Orders
- Wholesale orders are subject to approval and must be placed outside of the winter season (May–August) to avoid production delays of up to 6 weeks.
- Wholesale purchases require:
- A minimum order quantity of 10 pairs
- Submission of valid company registration documents (e.g., CIPC registration, VAT certificate, or business letterhead)
- We reserve the right to decline wholesale applications that do not meet these criteria or appear to be personal purchases.
13. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website, beyond the extent permitted by South African law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
