Shipping and Delivery Policy Note: Delivery is done on weekdays only (excluding public holidays and weekends). Orders placed after 12:00 pm may be processed the following business day.
Overnight & Express Shipping (Optional, By Arrangement)
Need it faster? We offer express/overnight delivery for certain areas. This service is not standard and must be arranged via email before checkout.

- We are not responsible for courier delays, incorrect delivery addresses, or unclaimed parcels.
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or non-collection, the customer is liable for re-shipping fees.
Wholesale Orders – Shipping Notice
Please Note:
This shipping policy does not apply to wholesale orders.
Wholesale customers are required to arrange their own courier, or we can coordinate shipping at a custom rate depending on parcel size, quantity, and location.
Shipping and Delivery Policy Wholesale Shipping Terms:
- Wholesale orders must be placed outside winter season to avoid production delays.
- A minimum of 10 pairs is required per wholesale order.
- Valid company documentation is required for wholesale approval.
- Delivery lead times and costs are quoted individually.
