Returns for Exchange
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Customers are responsible for courier costs when returning items for sizing or personal preference issues.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:
- The item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
- You received the wrong item.
- We are unable to provide a suitable exchange due to stock constraints.
Conditions for Refund:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send photos of the item and include your order number.
- If approved, a refund will be processed via your original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Slippers that show visible signs of wear or use
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the 14-day window
